This RFP is open to all interested vendors.

The City of Calgary is seeking a qualified consulting firm for the creation of the HealthYYC Playbook: A Tool for Building Healthy Communities in Calgary – a best practice guide for the various participants that shape the physical form of communities in Calgary.

Phase 1: Creation of the HealthYYC Playbook and Health Impact Assessment training; and
Phase 2: Monitoring Report and Action Plan.

Progression to Phase 2 is dependent on vendor performance in Phase 1, budget and other City approvals.

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
