APC-LI-RFQ003 - RFQ for List of Qualified Service Providers to conduct an Analysis of Business Plan Documents

The Government of Alberta requests Proposals from Service Providers meeting the requirements contained in this Request for Qualification (RFQ) to establish a List of Qualified Service Providers.
Qualified Service Providers may be contracted by Applicants to the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) to provide Services described under Section 1.3.1 and each as further described in the Qualified Service Provider Agreement, attached in Appendix 1 of this RFQ.
Applicants to the AINP will be required to select a Qualified Service Provider from the List to perform the Services. Pricing for the Services will be determined by and established between the Qualified Service Provider and the Applicant as part of their Contract.
As a result of this RFQ, the GoA will select Service Providers experienced in the area of third-party Analysis of an Applicant’s Business Plan Documents for inclusion on the List of Qualified Service Providers.
The GoA will use the information from the Qualified Service Provider’s Report as an input in its evaluation of the Application to the AINP. The AINP will have sole discretion and responsibility to draw conclusions and make any necessary decisions on such Applications.
The GoA encourages all Service Providers who appear to meet the requirements of RFQ to submit a proposal. The GoA will evaluate all proposals and Service Providers who meet the RFQ criteria will be added on the List.
