Description

The Good Samaritan in no way by express or implication, guarantee that the volume of dishwasher purchases under this RFQ will be as listed under item 3.3 above. The Good Samaritan’s sole intent under this RFQ and throughout the Contract term, is to replace only the equipment that has reached their end of life, beyond repair and/or those that the repair costs outweighs the dishwasher value when compared to the price of a new dishwasher, the determination of which is solely at the Good Samaritan’s discretion.
