Description

Living Faith Chapel is looking to convert the existing terrace area on the east side of the building into an indoor meet and greet area. The scope of work includes:

Demolition of wood railings.
Supply and installation of new exterior walls, soffit, fascia and interior walls and drywall ceilings.
Supply and install of new doors, windows and associated hardware.
Supply and installation of new flooring.
Supply and installation of mechanical and electrical systems as per contract documents.

The bidder is responsible for completing scope on the project not listed above but crucial to completing the project according to plans and specifications.
