Description

The assumption is that we will have to report to the Ministry of Health on all stages of the construction project. However, we want to have the ability to modify the scope if that reporting requirement changes (gets reduced). This project is following the MOHLTC capital submission process that includes Stages 1, 2, 3.1, 3.2, 4.1, and 4.2. SAH is currently waiting on Stage 2 approval. Each submission moving forward will include a Capital Variance Template that must be updated to track changes to the project costs.
