Description

The RFSO is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of Coffee, Tea, Associated Supplies (i.e. milk, cream, sugar, wood stir sticks, etc.), Brewing Equipment, and Services (i.e. installation, maintenance, etc.)
It is SFU’s intention to enter into an agreement based on the term sheet attached as Appendix A to the RFSO with multiple legal entities. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years, with an option in favour of SFU to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to three (3) additional years. It is anticipated that the agreements will be executed on or around October 2023.
