Envelope 1 shall contain the Proponent’s Proposal, Schedule B: Specifications and Scope of Work, Appendix A: Building Elevation and Signage Placement Attestation Form, and sixteen (16) renderings – six (6) different sign types for the Chatham Campus with two (2) renderings per sign type, and two (2) different sign types for St. Clair College Centre for the Arts Campus with two (2) renderings per sign type, excluding the Pricing Schedule.
