RFP#2021-EOHO - Group Insurance Benefits for Eastern Ontario Healthcare Organization

The Eastern Ontario Healthcare Organization (EOHO) is currently conducting an open competitive procurement process of its present group insurance program, including but not limited to the financial, underwriting and administrative arrangements associated with the program. Cowan Insurance Group, Agent of Record acting on behalf of EOHO is issuing a Request for Proposal, inviting all interested Canadian-licensed insurers to submit a proposal for the client’s group insurance plan.

EOHO provides group insurance benefits to approximately 1,744 insured employees (active (full-time) and retirees).

The Eastern Ontario Healthcare Organization (EOHO) is a cooperative arrangement between five organizations (referred to as “partners”).

• Semi-Private Hospital Room Accommodation – Four partners
• Dental Care – Four partners
