Black & McDonald Limited is pre-qualifying contractors to establish a pool of
capable sub-contractors who will be invited to bid on various project
opportunities valued between $2,500.00 and $300,000.00 on an annual
basis on behalf of Defence Construction Canada at Dwyer Hill Training Centre in Richmond, ON. Black
& McDonald is seeking submissions from contractors that hold valid Facility
Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of SECRET.

- Environmental Systems (Water testing, fuel tank inspections, Indoor air quality, designated substance testing)
- Waste Services (including Hazardous Waste)
- Pest Management Systems
