Description

The term of any Agreement arising from this RFP will be for an initial winter period, winter 2020/2021, and will terminate at the end of the winter season in the spring of 2021.

TPASC, at its sole discretion, shall have the option to renew the Agreement for four (4) additional winter seasons which will be renewal terms. If inclement winter weather occurs anywhere in the winter months, including during the shoulder season in the months as early as October and as late as April, those shoulder periods shall be deemed inside the scope of any agreement arising from this Request for Proposal.
