EHRC-RFSO-013 - Translation Services

Electricity HR Canada requires translation services from qualified translators/translation agencies for various projects and resources. The purpose of the Standing Offer is to establish a relationship with 2-3 qualified vendors who will be able to provide translation services on an as-needed basis, as outlined in the Statement of Work below.

Statement of Work:
Successful vendors will be required to:

1. Provide accurate and timely translation from French to English and from English to French upon request
2. Provide accurate and timely concordance checks upon request
3. Develop and manage a term bank and make it available to EHRC
4. Setup, manage a translation memory and make it available to EHRC
5. Provide the equivalent updates that have been made to previously translated materials upon request
