PACKAGE #45: Wet Utilities for New Parks - Promontory Park South and River Valley Park North for PORT LANDS FLOOD PROTECTION PROJECT in the CITY OF TORONTO

EllisDon Corporation is the Construction Manager for the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation (TWRC) Cherry Street Storm Water and Lake Filling Project (CSLF) and Port Lands Flood Protection Project (PLFP). EllisDon invites eligible companies, firms or joint ventures to submit proposals for Wet Utilities for New Parks - Promontory Park South and River Valley Park North for construction of the PLFP project, located in the city of Toronto:
- Perform trenching and backfill operations to install wet utilities in Promontory Park South and River Valley Park North
- Placing clean fill above existing grade to subbase elevations.
- Installation of potable water, wastewater, (sewer) and stormwater utilities
- Management of excavated soils and dewatering
- The Subcontractor will be responsible for pre-treating dewatered volumes as required per contract documents and conveying this water to the Water Treatment Plant located at 185 Cherry Street
Where the anticipated contract value is greater than $250,000, the Proponent will be required to have the ability to bond with an established surety company.
