The work under Contract 25-27 includes hard surface renewals at the following three locations within the Municipality of Mississippi Mills:
Part A – Ramsay Concession 8: Approximately 120 m southeast from County Road 29 to municipal boundary.
Part B – Pick Road: Approximately 500 m northeast from Ramsay Concession 8 to County Road 29.
Part C – Argyle Street, Almonte: Approximately 90 m northeast from St. George Street to Country Street.

The works include:

fine grading, and driveway preparation;
Placement of Granular ‘A’ for tie-ins;
Supply and placement of Superpave 12.5 and 19.0 Category C asphalt, PGAC 58-34;
Driveway tie-ins (paved driveways);
Associated traffic control, dust control, and environmental protection measures.

SEALED TENDERS on forms supplied by the Municipality of Mississippi Mills Roads and Public Works Department will be received by the CAO, at the Municipal Office located at 3131 Old Perth Road, Almonte until 1:30pm local time, on August 29, 2025 for the "Tender for Municipality of Mississippi Mills, 2025 Hard Surface Renewals, Contract No. 25-27". Tenders will be opened in public at the Municipal Office building immediately following the tender closing.
