OCH requires qualified vendors for the supply and owner-directed option for installation services of residential appliances for approximately 241 apartments and 32 townhomes in our newly constructed Mosaiq Ottawa Project located at 820 Gladstone, 305 Rochester Street and 440, 450 and 460 Booth Street. The requirements are detailed in Schedule A – Scope of Services.

The Respondents must provide the Bid in one (1) electronic file in accordance with the following instructions:

One (1) electronic file containing all Mandatory Requirements under Schedule D - Respondent Response (attached documents as requested) and the Respondent’s Price Bid under Schedule E - Pricing. This electronic file is to be named with the Respondents name, Request for Tender Number (e.g. Company XYZ – OCHRFT25-008). All prices must be submitted using the Pricing form attached as Schedule E; and must be stated in Canadian funds, excluding inflation and applicable taxes such as HST.
