NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS

THE JACQUES CARTIER AND CHAMPLAIN BRIDGES INCORPORATED, a body corporate having its Head Office in the City of Longueuil, province of Quebec, Canada, established by the St. Lawrence Seaway Authority Act and herein acting and exercising its powers as an agent of Her Majesty in right of Canada (hereafter the: “Owner”) invites you to submit a proposal for Contract No 80595 Acquisition of Network equipment and on demand support (2025-2031) (hereafter the: “Contract”).
The Request of quotation for the Contract are available through “Merx” Private Tenders, at https://www.merx.com/pjcci, at the following costs, which are payable directly to Merx, by credit card:
 for those who do not hold a subscription giving access to the Owner’s offers on Merx: $70.00 per request for downloading the Request Documents including the automatic delivery of addenda by
email;
 for those who hold a subscription giving access to the Owner’s requests on Merx: free downloading of the Request Documents including the automatic delivery of addenda by email.
This Contract is covered by Chapter 5 Government Procurement of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and by Chapter 19 Government Procurement of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement / Canada-United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement.
Instructions:
 To submit an offer, only the price table (PT) need to be provided in PDF format and send by email only at offres@pjcci.ca , no later than September 30th 2025 at 3:00 pm, Eastern Standard/Daylight
Time.
 Each line of the price table needs to be filled; an empty line is considered as value 0 $.
 At column 2 of the PT, some equipment come with a 24 hrs, 7 days support services (24 x 7)
 The Amount of Financial Offer, Including Owner’s Option
 When the submission is accepted by the Owner, a purchase order (PO) or its number is sent to you and subject to the Terms and Conditions available on the Owner’s website at:

Procurement strategy: lowest compliant bidder.
The submission constitutes an assertion that the Supplier has read all Request of quotation Documents and agrees to the conditions therein set forth.
A proposal transmitted before the closing date and time may be withdrawn or replaced before the closing.
The Consultant may submit its proposal in either of Canada’s two (2) official languages.
The Owner does not bind itself to accept any proposal, notably if the Owner determines that it is not in the public interest to award the Contract.
