The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide beverage services for the following locations:
- South Windsor Campus - 2000 Talbot Road West, Windsor, ON, N9A 6S4
- Student Residence
- Ford Centre for Excellence in Manufacturing
- Centre for Construction, Innovation and Production
- Centre for Applied Health Sciences
- SportsPlex
- Excludes the SportsPark. This building may be added at the discretion of the Purchaser
- Downtown Windsor Campus
- St. Clair College Centre for the Arts – 201 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, ON N9A 5K4
- MediaPlex – 275 Victoria Avenue Windsor, ON N9A 6Z8
- Zekelman School of Business – 1 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, ON N9A 5K3
- School of Business – 333 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, ON N9A 7C5
- TD Student Success Centre- 305 Victoria Avenue, Windsor, ON N9A 4M7
- Chatham Campus – 1001 Grand Avenue West, Chatham, ON N7M 5W4

The locations in which beverage services are required are subject to change at the discretion of the Purchaser. The Purchaser reserves the rights to remove or add locations for beverage services throughout the term of the agreement at no cost to the Purchaser. The Purchaser maintains beverage services as an integral part of campus operations. The Preferred Proponent for the beverage service rights will be expected to develop a strong partnership with the Purchaser including developing develop high quality beverage service strategies and ensuring acceptable standards of operations.
The Preferred Proponent shall install/provide at a minimum the following equipment:
- Vending Machines
- Coolers
- Portable Bars
- Post-mix Fountains
The Purchaser shall have sole discretion to determine the final quantity, levels, and types of equipment, which may be adjusted throughout the term of the agreement at no cost to the Purchaser.

The Preferred Proponent will be required to sign the Agreement as set out in Schedule O: Form of Agreement. The Purchaser will not consider or accept any alternative forms of agreements proposed by the Preferred Proponent. The Purchaser reserves the right to enforce its rights under Sections 2.28 and 4.9 of this RFP in the event of non-compliance.
