LUM00016 - Brand Development, Digital Marketing

Lumenus is seeking proposals from qualified and forward-thinking vendors or consultants with proven expertise in brand strategy, identity development, and advertising. The goal of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a partner who will work collaboratively with our team to create a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy that enhances brand recognition, reflects the diversity of our stakeholders, and remains aligned with our current mission, vision, and values—which will not be altered as part of this initiative.
As an optional component, the selected vendor may also be engaged to support the redesign of our website to ensure it is fully compliant with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). This may include developing strategic messaging that can be consistently applied across all advertising and communication platforms.
