A mandatory site tour will be held on September 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Please refer to the IFB documents for further information.

Event Note

Directions: The Information Booth is located on the arrivals level of the main terminal building, across from door 7. Bidders may park in the Parkade, and one free parking
pass will be provided to each company attending the tour.

Part of the visit will take place in the secured area, for which temporary visitor passes will be issued. Bidders are required to carry government-issued photo identification and wear a high-visibility vest at all times.

COMPANIES WHO DO NOT ATTEND THIS MANDATORY ON-SITE PRE-BID MEETING / SITE TOUR WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM SUBMITTING A PROPOSAL FOR THIS REQUIREMENT.
