Description

Community Care Durham (CCD) is seeking qualified food vendors to provide Frozen Meal Services for its Meals on Wheels (MOW) program.
This RFP aims to identify suppliers capable of delivering high-quality, nutritious, and affordable frozen meal options that meet the diverse dietary needs of clients across Durham Region.
The objective is to ensure consistent meal availability, enhance client satisfaction, and support CCD’s mission of promoting wellness, independence, and community connection through accessible nutrition services.
