To obtain the RFP Documentation, Proponents must submit the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) completed and signed by a duly authorized representative. The Proponent must be registered with MERX Canada. Once registered, the file containing the NDA is located under the Required Acknowledgement section of this opportunity and can be accessed by clicking “Place Bid”.
