Description

The intention of this PRQ is to prequalify two to three firms as preferred suppliers for Caretaking Consumable Supplies. As required the University reserves the absolute right to prequalify additional firms at any time if it is in the best interests of the University to do so. The PRQ will be awarded to proponents who submit a proposal which, in the sole opinion of the University, represents the best overall value. Successful Proponents in this process will be placed on the ‘Preferred Suppliers List’ for providing Caretaking Consumable Supplies.
