DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Central Steam Plant (CSP) Water Treatment Services. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/96177 on or before August 26, 2025 2:00:00 p.m. local time. The submissions will not be opened publicly.

The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
Three (3) years contract (the “Term”).
Estimated commencement date: September 29, 2025
Estimated Contract Completion: September 28, 2028
With an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two  (2) additional terms of a one (1) year

PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 42 out of 60 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
