HM is seeking qualified proponents to provide the supply, removal, installation, testing, and commissioning of a new Variable Speed Drive (VSD) serving HM’s Chiller 2 as part of its central cooling infrastructure, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

Hôpital Montfort uses an electronic submission portal.
To be considered in the RFQ process, a Respondent’s Quotation must be received by the RFQ Submission Deadline, as set out in Section 1.4 (RFQ Timetable),
All Quotations submitted by the Submission Deadline shall become the property of Hôpital Montfort and will not be returned to the Respondents. Quotations cannot be submitted after the RFQ Submission Deadline.
Each Respondent is responsible for ensuring its Quotation is submitted prior to the RFQ closing date and time.
To submit Quotations, all Respondents must upload Electronic Quotations and Documents to:
