- Application Deadline: The last day to request a site visit appointment is Friday, June 13, 2025, by 3:00 PM (ET).
- Duration and Availability: Site visits will be limited to a maximum of 1 hour and will be available on June 16, June 17, and June 19, between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
- Attendance Limit: Each proponent will be accompanied by a maximum of two (2) representatives.
- Booking Process: To request a site visit, proponents must send an email to proposals@elections.on.ca with the subject line: “26 PAP Site Visit Request” and wait for EO's confirmation or new time suggestion. The email must include the full names and titles of the attendees and desired date and time from the schedule.
- Appointment Requirement: Walk-in visits will not be permitted. Only proponents with a confirmed appointment will be granted access to the site.
