Description

Community Care Durham (CCD) is seeking quotations from qualified consulting firms to provide a single, dedicated Construction Project Manager (CPM) to act as Owner’s Representative for the Sunray Renovation Project, a major renovation of CCD’s head office and Community Health & Wellness Hub in Whitby, Ontario.

Approximate Construction Budget: $2.7 million
Anticipated Contract Start: April 2026 (estimated)
Term: Base term of 12 months, with CCD’s option to extend month‑to‑month for up to an additional 6 months at a pre‑set monthly rate
