This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Ornge to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Construction of Garage Addition – Thunder Bay Base, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
Construction of a 4 Bay Ambulance garage with 2nd floor Office /Support spaces attached to existing Hangar building. Work includes new access road entrance and non-airside ground improvements. New Garage level approximately 342 sq m, with 2nd floor approximately 325 sq m.
The Thunder Bay Base is located at: 2027 Derek Burney Drive, Thunder Bay, ON P7K 0A1.
