Description

Neighbours Community Homes ("Owner"), a non-profit supportive housing agency managing 53 residential locations and more than 1,400 units across the City of Toronto, invites bids for consulting services for window and door replacements at 184 Harbord Street in Toronto, ON.

A mandatory project briefing, via Zoom webinar, has been scheduled as follows: 10:00 a.m. EDT on Thursday, August 14, 2025. The link to join the webinar is below. It is strongly recommended that Proponents test the link below in advance of the meeting and join early to avoid any possible technical issues. It is mandatory that Proponents attend the entire meeting. Proponents unable to attend the entire meeting may be disqualified from submitting a proposal.
