St. Lawrence College’s Workforce Development team seek Subject Matter Experts across various industries and specialties for the purpose of content development and training delivery to diverse audiences. This need is required in the areas of Cornwall, Brockville, and Kingston. Duration of projects are based on the training need and will vary.

Related activities completed by proponent can include:

1. Proponent’s will work with members of the St. Lawrence College Workforce Development Team to identify training needs based on project/training requirements and identify learning outcomes required to fulfill training goals. Proponent’s will develop a training program and provide the following deliverables to the Workforce Development Team;

training outline
training material (e.g. PowerPoint presentation slides/handbook/additional participant resources)
assessments as required
other - outline of competencies as it relates to employability skills

2. Proponent’s will deliver developed or existing content owned by St. Lawrence College as a facilitator to clients on behalf of the St. Lawrence College and the Workforce Development team.

3. Proponent’s will deliver customized content owned by the proponent as a facilitator to clients on behalf of the St. Lawrence College and the Workforce Development team.
Upon completion of the review of evaluation criteria, successful vendors will be placed in pre-qualified vendor pool. Approved vendors will then be notified as projects become available for quote submission. Quotes submitted will be based on the specific needs of an available training project. The Workforce Development team will review quote submissions and notify the successful vendor .
