DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Daytime Cleaning Services of President’s House. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Term 3 years (the “Term”)
Estimated Commencement date: November 3, 2025
Estimated Completion: November 2, 2028
The Initial Term may be renewed, in the University’s sole discretion, for up to 2 additional 1-year terms (each a “Renewal Term”)
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 28 out of 40 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
