Description

This Request for Bids (“RFB”) is an invitation to potential suppliers to submit Bids to the Ontario Energy Board (the “OEB”) for Deliverables as further described in this RFB. By submitting a Bid, the Bidder is bound by all the terms and conditions disclosed in the RFB, all its Appendices, and in particular the Form of Agreement attached as Appendix B to this RFB. With this RFB, the OEB seeks to procure the development and delivery of a solution for the Ontario Electricity Support Program (the “OESP” or “Program”) and the ongoing hosting, operation and maintenance of the OESP Solution, including the managed business process services to support it.
