Description

EVPC is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop a comprehensive, investment‑ready Business Plan for the Port of Botwood. The project includes market and competitive analysis, identification of commercial opportunities, financial modelling, governance and operations review, risk assessment, and a phased implementation roadmap. Deliverables include a full Business Plan, Excel‑based financial model, executive summary, and Board presentation. Proposals must be submitted via MERX no later than February 28, 2026 at 2:00 PM NST. Questions will be accepted until February 21, 2026 at 4:00 PM NST.
