The Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC) is seeking qualified vendors to design and deliver Layer 1 of its Digital Experience Platform: a public-facing corporate website and ICTC Hub that reflects ICTC’s brand as a national leader in Canada’s digital economy.
This RFP focuses exclusively on front-end UX/UI design and CMS implementation for the corporate site and Hub. The solution must be visually compelling, accessible, bilingual (English/French), and optimized for user engagement.
