Description

ICTC is seeking qualified vendors to support the development of a new Digital Experience Platform, structured across two distinct layers. While the initial delivery scope is focused on key outcomes to be completed by March 2026, vendors are encouraged to also propose additional features, enhancements, or maintenance options that could be delivered beyond March 2026, as part of a broader multi-year roadmap.
Vendors may submit proposals for one or both layers. Proposals must clearly distinguish the methodology, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for each layer, specifying what can be completed by March 2026 and what could follow in future phases.
