Description

Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN) is advancing a multi-year People Strategy designed to strengthen organizational connection, recognition, and belonging. As part of this strategy, WRHN seeks to implement a modern, digital recognition platform that will unify existing recognition practices (e.g., service milestones, ad-hoc kudos, and peer recognition) under a single, scalable system accessible to all employees and physicians across multiple sites. The platform will serve as a core enabler in building year-round recognition, celebrating contributions, and embedding WRHN’s values into the employee experience.
