Description

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Ornge to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for E-Textbook Virtual Library, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
Ornge is looking for an electronic-textbook virtual library application platform to accessing and consuming digital textbooks and course materials to support Ornge Education programs.
Ornge is a family of companies incorporated federally. Ornge provides air and land ambulance services under an agreement with the Ontario Ministry of Health. Additional information about Ornge is available at: www.ornge.ca.
