Description

This RFP is issued for the purpose of obtaining proposals from qualified firms who will work
collaboratively with the Ingenium team to execute the fabrication and initial installation of the exhibitions
as stated in this section.
The Design Development Drawings (Annex E) provide the scope of work for the fabrication for this RFP.
The Design is presently 90% complete. It is imperative that this exhibition meets accessibility
requirements and travelling exhibition requirements. Ingenium has developed an Accessibility Standards
document and Travelling Exhibition Standards document that form the foundation for the design and
build. These documents are in Annex F and H.
The scope of work is detailed in the following pages of this RFP.
The lead firm can be a manufacturing workshop or a digital development firm. For the purpose of this
RFP, we are identifying the lead firm as the Fabricator.
