Description

ECO Canada is seeking consultants to will review and update four existing digital learning courses to align them more directly with the needs of professionals working in ocean-related sectors. The goal is to adapt the content, examples, and case studies so that learners can more easily see how these skills apply within marine industries, conservation, and blue economy contexts. The revised courses will retain their core learning outcomes while using ocean-specific language, scenarios, and visuals to enhance relevance and learner engagement. The goal is to maintain course structure and flow while infusing sector-relevant content that reflects the language, settings, and nuances of Canada’s blue economy.

Questions regarding the RFP will be accepted until May 16, 2025, at 4:00 pm (MST). Please send questions to kurbancic@eco.ca.
Proposals should be marked “Proponent Name – Proposal for “Course Revamp for Ocean Sector Relevance” and submitted to kurbancic@eco.ca. All documents required with the submission, as stated in section 3.0 Proposal Submission Requirements, should be included as one PDF document and are not to exceed 15 pages excluding appendices. Submissions will be accepted until 4:00 pm (MST) on May 23, 2025.
