This prequalification package includes the following scopes of work:

TP-44.15 Interior Masonry Work

Supply and Installation of Concrete Masonry Units.
Installation of Vertical Reinforcing Steel.
Supply and Installation of Masonry Core Fill.
Install of Embedded Metal Fabrications.
Supply and Installation of Horizontal Reinforcement.
Supply and Installation of Dowels.

Bonding Capacity is set at $4,000,000.00.

TP-16 Drywall and Acoustic Ceiling Tiles

Gypsum Board Assemblies.
Acoustic Ceiling Tiles.
Installation of Metal Door Frames in Drywall.
Access Doors.
Access Panels.

Bonding Capacity is set at $8,000,000.00.

TP-44.17 Firestopping
Firestopping/Fireproofing of exposed ceiling, structural beams and deck joists. Smoke stop systems will be included. Responsible for all openings.

Firestopping of Exposed Ceiling (Structural Beams, Decks and Joists).
Firestopping (Intumescent) Steel Columns - 1 Hour Fire Rated.
Firestopping - Head of CMU.
Firestopping of Mechanical and Electrical penetration through Fire Rated Partitions.

Bonding Capacity is set at $1,000,000.00.

TP-44.18 Interior Painting

Interior Painting of Steel Members.
Interior Painting of Exposed Ceiling.
Interior Painting of Interior Walls.
Interior Painting of Mechanical and Electrical.

Bonding Capacity is set at $2,500,000.00.

TP-44.23 Washroom Accessories

Supply and Installation of Washroom Partitions.
Supply and Installation of Washroom Accessories.

Bonding Capacity is set at $750,000.00.

TP-44.24 Rough Carpentry

Supply and Installation Rough Carpentry Backer Boards.

Bonding Capacity is set at $1,500,000.00.

TP-25 Interior Frames, Doors and Hardware

Supply Only for Interior Frames, Doors and Hardware.

Bonding Capacity is set at $2,800,000.00.

TP-44.26 Installation of Doors and Hardware.

Installation of all doors and hardware across all buildings.
