The Toronto Parking Authority (TPA) is looking to engage a qualified contractor to provide all necessary labour, materials, and equipment to perform scheduled preventative maintenance services for elevators located at designated TPA car park facilities. The work must be carried out in accordance with the specifications outlined in this scope document and must comply with all relevant safety standards, manufacturer recommendations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
