Description

Objective: To review, validate, and update the Conviction Equivalency Table (CET) by:

Conducting a detailed review of the regulations and highway safety legislation across all 13 Canadian jurisdictions;
Verifying each equivalency currently listed in the CET;
Identifying gaps, discrepancies, or updates required;
Validating findings through interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) identified by CCMTA in each jurisdiction; and
Producing a final updated CET in Excel format with a corresponding change log.
