VIA Rail Canada is looking to assess the service capabilities of different suppliers to learn more on experiences, strategies and service coverage to further develop its business needs related to 39 GPA30H locomotives overhaul and to better guide its future actions and procurement strategies.
To this end, VIA is requesting specific technical, commercial, and qualitative information from railway industry parties providing, or who are interested to provide this service as per VIA’s requirements outlined in this RFI.
