Description

The Calgary Airport Authority invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for a Service Agreement to provide Cleaning and Maintenance Services for the Ground Transportation & Parking areas at YYC Calgary International Airport.
These facilities are vital contributors to the Authority’s non-aeronautical revenue, and maintaining their cleanliness and functionality is essential to operational success.

Contract Term: 3 years starting January 1, 2026, with options to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms.
Pricing: Firm for the initial term; subject to mutual review upon renewal.
Scope Activation: The Authority may activate all or part of the scope at any time during the contract term, based on operational needs and budget.
Award Structure: May be awarded to one or multiple vendors, based on best value and service capability.
