EllisDon is extending an invitation to your firm to submit a quote on the construction of a new Curing Facility Addition to the K4 Building in CFB Gagetown, New Brunswick. The +/- 13,000sf addition entails the provision of all plant, labour and materials for new foundations, steel structure, masonry, envelope and exterior steel studs, specialties, overhead cranes, and M&E systems - including a new Zinc Booth and Dust Collector. The Civil scopes includes exterior improvements and new water, sanitary and storm drain utilities - and work with service tunnel structures.
Supplier Integrity Compliance Notice:
-A supplier cannot enter into a contract with an ineligible or suspended subcontractor. Refer to the process described in the Ineligibility and Suspension Policy (see link below) to verify the status of prospective first-tier subcontractors.
-Should a supplier require the services of an ineligible or suspended subcontractor, they will have to obtain the advance written approval of DCC.
-Any supplier that knowingly enters into a contract with an ineligible or suspended subcontractor without obtaining the advance written approval of DCC will be declared ineligible in accordance with the Ineligibility and Suspension Policy (see link below).
-Suppliers must ensure that contracts with first-tier subcontractors include provisions to abide by the obligations contained in the DCC Procurement Code of Conduct.
