Description

The scope of work will involve interior alterations within three (3) corridors and fifty-three (53) resident rooms on three (3) floors. The Contractor will be responsible for: 1. Providing and maintaining the project schedule, providing a schedule of values, submitting all required shop drawings, leading bi-weekly site meetings and producing meeting minutes for distribution, submitting final as-built drawings, and submitting all warranties and maintenance manuals upon project completion. 2. The interior alterations include lighting upgrades, t-bar ceiling replacement, painting, flooring replacement, and window coverings. Refer to Schedule A scope of work and specifications for further details.
