This Request for Proposal is being issued by Humber to obtain Proposals from Proponent(s) to secure a General Contractor to provide services and management to successfully renovate two (2) existing classrooms into a new BioMedical Science Lab.

The combined space of the two classrooms is approximately 1,540 Sq. Ft.

The work includes selective demolition and removal of all existing finishes within the space to prep for tie-ins to existing M&E services. New floor and wall finishes, including painting out the newly exposed open ceiling structure. Preparation for and coordination of installation of specialty furniture.
