Description

JohnQ Public Inc. (the “Portfolio Manager”) is a Municipal Participation Corporation advancing the Seniors Housing That’s Affordable initiative on behalf of participating municipalities.
JohnQ is seeking proposals from qualified engineering and surveying firms to provide geotechnical investigations, topographic surveying, and preliminary civil servicing assessments in support of a portfolio of seniors housing developments.
The intent of this RFP is to identify experienced consultants capable of supporting early-stage feasibility, site due diligence, and cost validation work across multiple municipal sites. Selected proponents may be engaged on one or more sites as the project advances.
