Attendance at a WTP Operations and Maintenance Site Tour is mandatory for all bidders. Bidders must register with the Contracting Authority via email to Procurement.GMRP.Parsons@parsons.com, for the mandatory site tour to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and details (s) of the person(s) who will attend by the date and time noted above in the Procurement Schedule.
1. Entity legal name and address
2. Entity representative(s)
3. Title(s)
4. Email(s)
5. Phone number(s)
Bidders who do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment, and their bid will be considered noncompliant. Further details and instructions will be provided only to entities that register their attendance as set out in the paragraph above, and confirmation will be provided no later than two business days after the registration deadline. Prospective attendees who have not received instructions on or before that date should contact the Contracting Authority.
All registered attendees of the Pre-bid Conference are to meet at the Parsons’ Giant Mine Remediation Project Storefront Office (Suite 402, 4504 – 49th Avenue, Yellowknife, NT). There is no parking available in front of the building; therefore, registrants are required to find their own parking or arrange for drop-off at the storefront. A bus will transport all attendees to the Giant Mine for the site tour, with a safety orientation conducted prior to the Site Tour commencement. The site tour is expected to last for a duration of 2.5 hours. Following the completion of the site tour, attendees will be dropped back at the Parsons’ Giant Mine Remediation Project Storefront Office. All persons attending the Site must have the proper safety footwear (CSA-approved, green triangle), hard hats, reflective vests, and safety glasses. Bidder personnel who do not have the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be denied access to the Site.
