Attendance at an On-Site Aggregate Production Management Site Tour is mandatory for all bidders. Bidders who participated in the Pre-RFP Site Tour held on August 27, 2025, are not required to attend the upcoming November Site Tour. However, bidders who did not attend the August Site Tour must send a representative to the November Site Tour. Bidders who attended the August Site Tour are welcome to attend the November Site Tour, but it is not mandatory.
Bidders who do not send a representative to either the August or November Site Tour will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be considered noncompliant. Register with the Contracting Authority, via email to Procurement.GMRP.Parsons@parsons.com, for the November Site Tour to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and detail(s) of the person(s) who will attend by the date and time noted above in the Procurement Schedule:

All persons attending the Site must have the proper safety footwear (CSA-approved, green triangle), hard hats, reflective vests, and safety glasses. Bidder’s personnel who do not have the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) will be denied access to the Site. All registers attendees of the site tour are to meet at the Parsons’ Giant Mine Remediation Project Storefront Office (Suite 402, 4504 – 49th Avenue Yellowknife, NT). There is no parking available in front of the building, registrants are required to find their own parking or be dropped off at the storefront. A bus will transport all attendees to the Giant Mine for the site tour with a safety orientation conducted prior to the Site Tour commencement. The site tour is expected to be for a duration of 2.5 hours. Following the completion of the site tour attendees will be dropped back at the Parsons’ Giant Mine Remediation Project Storefront Office.
