This is a mandatory pre-bid conference and site tour. Bidders must register with the Subcontract Administrator, via email to Procurement.GMRP.Parsons@parsons.com, for the pre-bid conference and site visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders who do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be considered noncompliant. Any clarifications or changes to the solicitation, that result from the pre-bid conference and site visit, will be included as an amendment to this solicitation. Specific instructions, once registered, will be sent individually.

Each attending company will be limited to two representatives.

Further details and instructions will be provided only to entities that register their attendance as set out in the paragraph above, and confirmation will be provided no later than two business days after the registration deadline. Prospective attendees who have not received instructions on or before that date should contact the Subcontractor Administrator. All personnel attending the Site Visit must have the proper safety footwear (CSA-approved, green triangle), hard hats, reflective vests, and safety glasses. Bidder personnel who do not have the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) will be denied access to the Site.
