As the Main Construction Manager (MCM) for the Giant Mine Remediation Project (GMRP), Parsons Inc. (Parsons) is requesting competitive pricing for the purpose of selecting the best value firms to provide any and all services associated with Master Services Agreement - Environmental Services at Giant Mine, located in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories on a Call Up Agreement basis. A contract is formed when Parsons issues a Call Up Agreement to an MSA approved subcontractor. Bidders who respond to this RFFR agree to accept and be bound by the requirements and conditions of this RFFR document and attachments.
NOTE:
1.Current MSA holders are required to respond ONLY to the yellow highlighted rates in Attachment C – Basis of Payment Tables. All other Terms and Conditions remain static for current MSA holders.
2. The pre-bid conference presentation and bidders issued written questions and answers from the original RFFR in 2023 are included for reference.
